Carlos Zepeda

Carlos joined the BGD team as a Library Research Assistant in September 2010. He is a Salvadorean PhD student at the Politics and International Studies (PAIS) Department of Warwick University. His research interests lie on the ways local and global power relations affect poor people’s access over natural resources, specifically clean water.  He previously worked in this area of knowledge for Oxfam as Political Advocacy Officer for the Central America region from 2007-2010. He did his MA in Politics of Alternative Development in 2006 at the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) in The Hague,  The Netherlands,  Postgraduate studies in Development Cooperation at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (2004) and his Bachelor in Economics at the Central American University (1997-2003).
