Meggan Dissly

Meggan Dissly, co-discussant of the OECD study, is the Civil Society Coordinator for the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris. She has worked in the Public Affairs Division of the Communications Directorate of the OECD since 2001. Before that she was head of print in the Media Relations Division from 1995. Her background includes working for twelve years in the Paris office of Newsweek and teaching as guest faculty at the Sorbonne. Meggan graduated from the University of Michigan in 1964 with a BA in Literature, Science and the Arts, and has an MA in English from the Sorbonne. She has published numerous articles on European topics in Newsweek and other publications.
